Has Anyone Here Ever Worked For Quicken Loans?

Hi Jim! I’m not trying to be self promotional, but I do work for Quicken Loans (if that isn’t obvious!). There are lots of reasons why I love working here!
The biggest thing that I notice is that there is no traditional corporate feeling. Everyone is treated equally! We work in teams, we don’t have departments. Everyone is willing to help – no matter if they’re in our Arizona, Cleveland or Michigan locations. It is truly a unique, fun, learning culture.
Another huge difference from traditional corporations is our training programs! Mortgage Bankers go through 5 weeks of full time, extensive (paid) training to make sure they’re educated and ready to be Home Loan Experts. After that, the growth and promotion options are endless.
